The Harris County Redevelopment Authority )the “RDA”, Administrator for TIRZ 24 (the “Zone”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested Professional Engineering, Urban Design, and Project Management Teams. If you are interested in being considered, please submit your SOQ by 4 p.m. on January 16, 2024. The submission date for questions, clarifications, or requests for general information is 4 p.m. on December 27th.
A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held for questions regarding the Engineering Design Firm Services RFQ on December 19th, 2023 at 1 PM via Microsoft Teams.

Questions on the TIRZ 24 RFQ
- Under Qualifications of the Firm, it says to include five relevant project examples. Are we to include exactly five or is that a minimum requirement?
- Under Qualifications of Team members (within evaluation criteria), are projects listed on individual resumes limited to five undertaken within the last 3 years?
RDA response: Please list five. Also, there should be examples for the team entities under urban design.
