Springwoods/Exxon Campus
The Springwoods/Exxon Campus required access from the Grand Parkway and North Freeway as well as internal thoroughfare access. The County entered into a public-to-public development agreement in support of the construction of $82,000,000 designated major thoroughfares and over-passes.
